The Greater Milford Community Health Network, also known as CHNA 6, is looking to support emergency food and toiletry programs in the region in order to ensure that everyone who needs access to these resources are able to receive it.
Based on successful models in other regions, we have created a monthly calendar that can be widely shared with the community so everyone can know about all the amazing resources that are available to them. This will also help us identify any gaps, that we as community, could work together to address!

We would like to thank everyone who attended our fourth CHNA 6 meeting of the 2022-2023 year, virtually on Friday, March 10, 2023. The meeting was also our Bidder's Conference!
Our next and last meeting of the season will be conducted in person on Friday, May 12th at 9 am. The meeting will include Steering Committee updates, our Spring grant award announcement, a
Mental Health Panel Presentation and a time for networking/moment of requests!
2023 MetroWest Community
Health Assessment: The 2023 Community Health Assessment survey is now open. This survey is part of a multi-tiered data-gathering process where MetroWest residents share their feedback
on health issues and services in the region (Some of you in this group may have been involved in past CHAs.) The data collected here will be shared back with the MetroWest community and can be used
by agencies for making policy, programmatic, and funding decisions.
The 10-minute, anonymous survey can be completed online in three different languages. Please share widely with folks who live in MetroWest (for communities served, click here)!
The foundation is leading the 2023 MetroWest Community Health Assessment effort and we want this assessment to reflect the many voices of the MetroWest region. Thank you for your help in making this happen. More information about the survey and the Community Health Assessment process can be found here or contact Kate Baker, the research director, at kbaker@mwhealth.org.
